Dr. N P Bharath, Director and Medical Officer

Dr. Bharath - (MBBS and MD - Anaesthesiology) has been associated with the Phoenix Foundation since it's inception in 2010 and has been instrumental in taking care of the medical issues of the clients.

  

Dr. P. K. N. Chowdary, Psychiatrist

Chowdary - (MBBS, DPM & FIPS) is a Post-Graduate (DPM) in Psychiatry from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. Apart from being a Consultant Psychiatrist at Phoenix Foundation he is also working as Director and Senior Consultant in Psychiatry at Chetana Hospital. Dr. Chowdary served as a Guest Faculty at National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH), Secunderabad and at the Government Niloufer Hospital for Women and Child, Hyderabad. Dr. Chowdary has also worked as a Psychiatrist in Oxleas Trust, West Kent NHS Trust and Nottingham Trust of National Health Service (NHS) and in various subspecialties like like Substance Abuse Psychiatry, Old Age Psychiatry, Learning Disability, Liaison Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the United Kingdom.

  

  

Mr. V Surya Gideon, Therapy Head

Mr. Gideon - (MA-Counseling with Credits from IADCC, IC&RC & EACC) has over a decade of experience working with Nationally and Internationally Reputed De Addiction Rehabilitation Centers and is highly socialized in treating Addiction. Gideon has appeared extensively in the press on Television Shows and on the Radio creating awareness on the "Disease of Addiction" and regularly conducts seminars and workshops for college students and employees of government and corporate sectors on the subject.

  

  

Mr. Mahesh Kotagiri, Program Co-ordinator

Mr. Mahesh, being a recovering addict is a great source of inspiration and encouragement to the still suffering addicts. His experience, strength and hope would benefit the addicts who are in recovery. At Phoenix Foundation Mahesh is the incharge of client development and other administrative responsibilities.

  

  

Mr. Ramesh Modupalle, Resident Counsellor

Mr. Ramesh Modupalle is a graduate from Madras University with over 25 years of experience in the field of Media & Entertainment. He is a recovering addict and has been actively involved in de addiction counselling for over a decade.

  

  

Mr. Riyaz Nathani, Resident counsellor

Mr. Riyaz, himself is a recovering alcoholic /addict and has a vast experience in the field of the “Disease of addiction”. He had worked in various rehabilitation centers of national and international repute in different capacities. For the past 3 years he is associated with Phoenix Foundation.

  

  

Mr. John Chander, Resident Nurse

Mr. John Chander (BSc - Nursing) is a Graduate from the famed NTR University. John previously worked in Kamineni institute of Medical Sciences in Intensive Care Unit, Post-Operative and Surgical Ward.

  

  

Mr. Sudheer Naik, Resident Nurse

Mr. Sudheer(BSc - Nursing) is a Graduate from NTR University and has an experience of working in multi-speciality hospital for over an year. Presently he is associated with Phoenix Foundation.

  

  

Mr. P Manik Prabhu, Yoga Instructor

Mr. P Manik Prabhu has been teaching yoga for over 2 decades all over Asia and the Middle-East in countries like Muscat, Dubai, Nepal and India.
